As part of this ongoing effort, our partner Aitiip is currently investigating different additives to tailor PLA to the specific performance needs of our final products. Their work includes mechanical and thermal characterization tests, as well as injection moulding trials to evaluate industrial feasibility.
These experiments allow us to understand how PLA behaves under different conditions and how it can be optimized for large-scale production.
